System Boot Issue

HI

Hoping if someone could help me.
My FreeNas has 4 HardDrive and one day it did not boot. It Gave following Errors
1. Attempt ti query device size failed. Medium not present
2. CAM Status: ATA Status Error
3. STA Status: 41 (DRDY ERR), error:40 (UNC)

When I remove that one specific hard drive it boots up but not able to access the Volume it gives errors
1. Error getting available space
2. Status unknown

Can anyone help please?

Build FreeNAS-9.10.2 (a476f16)
Platform Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Memory 16241MB
HardDrive: 4 (2x 2TB, 2X 3TB) all WD and out of them 1 does not work.
Volume: Unkown
Motherboard: Asus
Network port: (Motherboard Built-In)

Do let me know if more information is needed.

2. WD disk models WD 3.5" Blue 2TB WD20EZRZ 64M 5400RPM SATA3 HDD & WD 3.5" Blue 4TB WD40EZRZ 64M 5400RPM SATA3 HDD
3. Whether ECC RAM is deployed - No it was not deployed

You mentioned four disks, but described only two. Please clarify. Your disks are of different sizes. Please provide details of your pool configuration.

1 X WD 3.5" Blue 4TB WD40EZRZ 64M 5400RPM SATA3 HDD
2 X WD 3.5" Blue 2TB WD20EZRZ 64M 5400RPM SATA3 HDD
1 X WD 3.5" Green 2TB WD30EZRX 64M 5400RPM SATA3 HDD
