Plex error with plugin version 1.15.2.793-1

I have done a new install of FreeNAS 11.2-U3 and plex 1.15.2.793_1. I am getting the error below when I open plex to set it up. I have even setup 11.2 and 11.2-U3 on a VM thinking it was something on my server or the versions but still no luck, keep getting the error.

A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server.

I did exactly the same think on my server and got exactly the same result. I have been able to install other plugin (Nextcloud for example) and it works. The problem seem to be with the Plex plugin and maybe other...
