Switched Network Interfaces and SMB shares on Windows no longer work.

I was using my computers build in Ethernet port on the motherboard, but that was limited to 100mbps. I bought a PCI-e 1Gigabit network card and switched my connection to that card. So the ethernet cable to my network is only plugged into the new card. The web interface works as it should and I can edit settings and whatnot, but my network drives no longer work. I tried accessing them directly with the IP address of the FreeNAS, but windows says it cannot access the connection. Is there some setting in FreeNAS I need to change inorder to get it working with my new network card?
