Seriously guy, not trying to be rude here, but these are pretty basic esxi network config questions you're asking, and you said in a prior post that you're familiar with and already run esxi...
Anyone who's set up an esxi host would know how the nics can be presented to various VM's. Your FreeNAS and esxi setup sounds like it will be an absolute train wreck if you don't do your homework and some simple research about how esxi works...
There are plenty of online resources to learn more about how esxi actually works, so I'm not going to waste my time here re-inventing the wheel for someone who refuses to do a couple simple google searches...
