Hi, i'v been using FreeNAS from October 2012 until now and I'm very satisfied.
Now i'd like to upgrade it/swap it out.
Right now I'm using a setup that most user would pass on today, AMD and non-ECC.

Now I'm planning to build something more serious with parts that has better hardware-support.
I'v done reading on the forums, but I sure have missed something.

Now for the hardware that I plan to purchase for this new build.

WD Red 4TB x8
Supermicro X10SL7-F
Intel Xeon E3-1230v3 3,3GHz Socket 1150 Box
Samsung DDR3L 1600 8GB ECC 1.35V(M391B1G73QH0-YK0), from supported list x4
Fractal Design Define R5
Fractal Design Edison M 750W
Supermicro SATA DOM 16GB for boot

I will buy a UPS when I got the build setup and done more research on this topic.

Is there any big "nonos" that you guys can see on the top of your head?

I'd get the E3-1231v3. It's newer, cheaper and 100Mhz faster.
