This is a problem...

You are showing the NAS to be on 1.7 and the switch to be on 0.1 that is two different subnets. If your desktop is accessing the switch, they must be on the same subnet, but if you can't access the router, which would usually be the thing handing out addresses, then the computer must be on the wrong subnet (as far as the router is concerned.
This is all network configuration, I am pretty sure.
The first step is to find out what address the router is using so you can get everything else on the same IP range.
You want everything to have a starting address range of 192.168.1.x where I have that .1.x you could use 0 or 1 but they all need to match and the last spot where I put x, each thing needs to be different. Usually the router will be on 1 and everything else will count up from there.

That should be fine.

This needs to point at the address for the inside port of the router. A router will usually have an outside port address that is connected to the internet and an inside port address that is connected to your LAN.

Just change the router ip, right now it's 192.168.0.1 DHCP enabled
switch is 192.168.0.2, I changed it too DHCP disabled
and NAS is 192.168.0.7 changed it also
subnet mask is the same 255.255.255.0

The lan config is:
router---switch
pc---switch
nas---switch

Right now I have internet on my pc, can access the switch and router GUI, but still can't access the NAS GUI, already reboot everything: nas, pc, switch, router...

Please help

There are three Network Interface Connections (NICs) on the back of the NAS system board. The one for IPMI and two regular NICs.
Which ones are you using?
It is entirely possible that you have the wire running to the wrong port. The IPMI port should have it's own address, that is different from the regular Network address and there is a separate cable for that to the switch.
Then one of the other two network interfaces will be the one to carry the Web UI and Share data to the network. Can you take a snapshot?

Then you might need to switch because if the software is configured the way you say, it should be trying to connect on one of those.

On the back of the NAS. If one port isn't working, the configured port might be the other of the two.

That is the IPMI management console. Did you install FreeNAS yet?

The image you showed of the IPMI console shows the IP address that you said you configured for FreeNAS. They can't both have the same address. The IPMI interface works like a whole separate computer. Each one needs it's own address. That means you need to change one of them.

I see, thank you :)

Check the address space of the DHCP in router. (should a start and end ip), all your manual set ip should not be included in that range.

Hi Guys, just copying my stuff to the NAS, I already connected it to my Win 7 PC via LAN, but today I decided to connect it to my laptop with Win 7 via LAN and I can't do it. The cable is working fine, because I can access teh freenas gui from laptop. I used this tutorial connecting NAS to PC, and it worked fine: https://www.familybrown.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=fester:shares_basic So I have couple of questions:

1. Do I use same group as on the PC on Laptop too?
2. Do I need to create 2nd user for the Laptop?
