How Do I Use My Plugins

OK;

So I upgraded to 8.2.0 and have successfully followed the instructions here: http://doc.freenas.org/index.php/Plugins#Mount_Points

So now I have my Plugins Installed but now I am a bit confused how to create and use mount points and then how to use the plugins (Transmission, Firefly and MiniDNLA)

Can someone point me to an idiots guide
