sickrage just broke on me, So I have decided to try Sonarr and Jackett. The issue I am having is that Sonarr has downloaded something but now can not move it. Any suggestions on fixing this issue?
Code:
18-10-20 10:38:08.2|Error|DownloadedEpisodesImportService|Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: /media/downloads/hawaii.five-0.2010.s09e04.1080p.web.x264-tbs.mkv

Never mind. the "path" did not exist... I didn't mount the download directory in the Sonarr jail. After mounting it it works fine.

Does anyone have installations instructions for Syncthing and Unifi similar to Pentaflake's format?
Please share if you do.
I've installed Plex and Tautulli and both installed and works great! Thanks Pentaflake.

I created a Ubuntu VM and installed Ombi. Advantage- I can use current version unlike FreeBSD jail.

Ok, sweet, I have done this. I have never used Ombi before. Can you point me in the right direction for allowing remote users to access it securely , since that’s kind of this point?
Thanks

I followed the setup until Ombi, which is where it stopped working. Ombi Jail appears to be running and service is running. but visiting Ombi IP/port says "site can't be reached"
Code:
root@freenas:~ # iocage exec ombi service ombi stop
ombi not running?
root@freenas:~ # iocage exec ombi service ombi start
Starting ombi.
root@freenas:~ #

One bigger questions is, with all the Plugins I installed, why can't I see them under Freenas Web UI?
I am running FreeNas 11.2 release version
Under Plugins --> Installed, it says "No data to display"

Is it because I didn't install plugins via the web gui? This should not affect my regular use of the plugins, correct? What if I want to change some plugin settings? For example, for Plex I need to disable security for initial access, I used to to this by click on the installed plex plugin, and click the check mark. If they are not showing in web GUI?, do I have to relay on command to change this?

Because these aren't plugins.

Are they Linux version of applications running on individual vm(Jail)?

So they are not freenas plugins but just Linux applications...

No, they have nothing to do with Linux nor with a VM. They're (FreeBSD) applications running inside a jail. They aren't plugins.

Is the guide ready for 11.2 (in and outside the jail)?

Got it. I read the Jail section and Plugins section of the manual. Plugins VS. applications running inside a jail are two different ways of installing additional service in a FreeNas.

Correct. And plugins are simply preconfigured jails.

If I choose to create-config jails and install applications manually as this thread. I will not be able to have them show up in "installed plugins"? In the future, any updates or changes has to relay on command line? I am fine doing that just want to know the different options here.

Correct. Only plugins will show up in "installed plugins". What you do should show up on the Jails screens, though.

I guess each application have their web UI to do a lot the configuration. Such as update application itself.
Only things I need command line maybe managing Jails...
