Tunnel Error

I'm running FN11.2U1 and keep getting this error
tun0: link state changed to DOWN
tun0: link state changed to UP
repeating. I've added to preinit devfs rule -s 4 add path ‘tun*’ unhide but that didn't fix it. My impression was that the preinit wasn't necessary with 11.2 but I tried it anyway. I have a jail running transmission with openvpn from this resource
Any thoughts on why I'm getting the error?

Yes it did thanks. Can I remove the preinit
