Can I move from Hard Drive to USB

I originally set up FreeNAS on a spinning hard drive and it is configured and working. I now created FreeNAS (no configuration just the initial install, same version) on a USB, is there any way to move the configuration onto the USB without having to wipe the current volume? (with no data loss)

1. boot from spinning drive
2. save configuration
3. boot from USB drive
4. load configuration.
