Working nas doesn't boot after power-supply failure

My free nas systhem tha was working perfect doesn't want to boot after the power supply was changed

at boot up i get a screen with the following

F1 FreeBSD
F2 FreeBSD
F5 Drive1

F6PXE
BOOT: F2 ######################################################################## (keeps running)

non of the f key choices seems to do anything.

I din't backup the disk and it seems ther is no way to get to the data
can someone help me to recover the disk data or to let the nas boot

Make a new Freenas USB Key and import the volume?
