UPS disconnects in logs

I'm seeing this in my logs every day. It doesn't appear to affect performance in any way. but still would like someone to take a look and let me know what they think.
freenas.local kernel log messages:
ugen2.2: <CPS> at usbus2 (disconnected)
+ugen2.2: <CPS> at usbus2
+ugen2.2: <CPS> at usbus2 (disconnected)
+ugen2.2: <CPS> at usbus2
+ugen2.2: <CPS> at usbus2 (disconnected)
+ugen2.2: <CPS> at usbus2

basically it looks lik ethe UPS is constantly disconnecting and re-connecting.
it's a CyberPower CP1000AVRLCD connected via USB port.

any thoughts?
