Upgrade to 8.3-RELEASE-4 results in no Web GUI

I just upgraded to the latest build of 8.3 (Aug 7) and when it came back up there was no Web GUI. I have attached a screen shot of the running procs



I did a CLI upgrade a 2nd time just to make sure it wasn't an oddity. Any thoughts?

'tail /var/log/messages' output would be good. I can't read anything in that process list, either. pastebin maybe? or imgur if you need to host a bigger image.

Think I figured it out. The /usr/local/etc/nginx/plugins.conf file was invalid

[root@freenas] /usr# /usr/local/etc/rc.d/nginx restart
Performing sanity check on nginx configuration:

nginx: configuration file /usr/local/etc/nginx/nginx.conf test failed

after fixing the file (had it bind to 0.0.0.0) -- the web ui started up.
