Network Write Performance Cratered after 8.2 to 8.3 Upgrade, HELP!

I normally get 100+MB/s write from Windows 7 to Freenas 8.2, with 8.3 I'm at around 40MB. Read speed from Freenas 8.3 is still > 100MB/s. I upgraded to Freenas 8.3 to from 8.2 and ran the initial performance test. It's terrible! I didn't change anything other then the upgrade. I even re-updated my config file to try and see if a tuneable got trashed. It still pukes. I have left my ZFS at the old level so I can downgrade and don't want to upgrade because this performance issue. Any thoughts?

Running a i5-2400, 16GB RAM
2 Seagate 7200RPM 1TB drives, 2 WD 2TB 5400 drives
Intel 1Gb Pro PCIe NIC

Virtual:
SATA hardware passed to virtual machine ownership so native performance on disks, no virtualization
3 Cores (passed to VM), 10GB RAM Minimum
Pro NIC natively available to ESXi (pass through)
