Unable to install Jail

I have a separate HDD for Jail.

But whenever I try to add a Jail this is the response I get:

If you are upgrading from the old package format, first run:

# pkg2ng
It just sits there at 7% in the progress bar and no change.
This is a clean 9.1 install

Which nightly did you try? I saw the same behavior on the July 1 nightly. But when I refreshed the screen, the jail showed up as installed, even though the install screen appeared to stop at 7%.

Can you attach the contents of /mnt/Download_Volume/warden.log, or find -name wardenlog /mnt/Download_Volume/

This seems to be fixed in the July 5 image as I can't recreate the error now.
