Cannot Install plugins

Hey all,
When ever i try to install plugin install hangs at 22% and the console gives me a rather long error as follows

Plugins are currently broken on 32-bit: http://support.freenas.org/ticket/2496.

Does anyone know when this problem will fixed?

According to that bug report, it was fixed in 9.1.1-RC2.
