Strange issue with files being the wrong type

So i have had a couple instances where opening a folder takes you to some other directory and when clicking the back button the name to the folder changes, but then if I back out and then back in it's back to the original file name but then opening to the wrong directory.
Also I'm using slickRage and it is set up for post processing and i have an instance where it processed a file and moved and renamed it, now the file shows as a directory and opening with a different file inside, but it should be a directory anyway, it should just be a MKV file.

Any one else experiencing this issue? is this a know problem? can it be fixed?

Should I just not used the post processing in slickRage?

No I was never able to figure this out. I ended up deleting the file and re downloading them.

I just noticed that Slick rage downloaded a new episode and when it moves the file it gets messed up. It was just showing episode 10 as a folder and now I go back into the folder and it looks like this.
