Some Folders are Inaccessible due to permissions

My FreeNAS 8 box has been working fine until this morning when I find some folders and folders in the recycle bin are inaccessible because of a permissions problem. Everything was fine last night. Of course the folders are the ones in my streaming folder. How can I correct this? Thanks.
