Solved: VNC resolution? error

Hey guys,
I tried to install debian 10 in a vm.
but I can't read anything in the VNC viewer. See attached pic

What i've tried:
Freenas web vnc different resolutions 1024x768 , ...etc
realvnc viewer with different resolutions. Same here so it's a server problem?
I only need vnc for installation.
Without boot cd bios looks good.

I'm using Freenas 11.2-U5

Just press enter at that first screen, it works after that.

I'm sorry. But it doesn't work. Next window is also corrupted.
I've tried debian 9 .iso now, but same there.
I'm surprised, because another vm is running this image.
So it worked on freenas < 11.2

resolution 800x600 works.
This is a bug since Freenas 11.1 -.-
