That's strange that you can't delete your own posts. You won't be able to delete anyone else's post, but you should be able to delete your own.

EDIT: It's working externally. I can access your Nextcloud login page.

When you ping your domain name on the inside of your network, does it resolve to the jail IP address?

If you have a capable router, you may be able to set it up to resolve the FQDN to the jail IP. If not, you can set up the local hosts file to resolve the domain name.
