replication failed

I'm having problems getting replication to work. I have two FreeNAS servers set up and running. I have a volume created on each. PUSH volume = vol1 and PULL volume = snapvol. vol1 is a CIFS share set up for anonymous access. I have a periodic snapshot task set up to run every 30 minutes with a lifetime of 2 hours (this is for testing). When the replication runs I get an error that replication failed and that \mnt\snapvol\.system\syslog was unable to be unmounted. I've rebuilt the PUSH server and have rebuilt the snapvol on the PULL server with the same result. I am attempting to migrate from openfiler to FreeNAS because of the replication feature. I am able to ssh from PUSH to PULL as specified in the troubleshooting section of the UG. Please help.

Ok, I got this problem resolved. Followed the instructions in the following bux fix that is targeted to be resolved in 9.3

Created another dataset under /mnt/snapvol and almost immediately the snapshots were replicated.
