Problems with 8.3 and minidlna 1.0.24_1

This seems to be a common problem and I have searched high and low in the forums and google, but I still can't fix my issue. It is probably something simple, but I have been banging my head on it for a few hours now.

Boot from USB
ZFS is /mnt/AllSpace

/mnt/AllSpace/jail/software is the jail install area

Have a mount point with source as /mnt/AllSpace/Files and the destination as /mnt/AllSpace/jail/software/media

In the miniDlna setup I have as the Media directory /mnt/AllSpace/Files copied a couple of pictures and videos into the directory. I can see all of the files from SSH in both source and destination directory. Restart the plugin and I can connect to IP:8200 and it has a 0 next to all file types. I can connect to the NAS from my PS3, but it shows me a directory strucure that doesn't seem to exist to me. The log acts as if it is finding nothing:

What am I missing and thanks much in advance.

I get the same issue with my installation of minidlna1.0.24_1. I also tried installing an older version of minidlna 1.0.22_3 and it was a no go.

I noticed that if I actually remove the mount point that I had in place and restarted minidlna that it would scan the folder but find no media files.

I as well have searched high and low trying multiple things, but nothing seems to work. Below is a sample of what I am seeing from my minidlna.conf, it is like it is not ever scanning when the mount point is in place:

Has there been a fix? I'm having the same issue.
