I've got a new (to me) Dell R710. I created a bootable USB install stick per the instructions and am trying to install onto a second USB stick.
After booting (which takes a long surprisingly long time), I get the message:
Based on some searching, I've tried various all the setting for the USB (auto, floppy, and hard drive) in the BIOS, but no luck.
For reference here's the hardware:
Dell R710
2 2.93 Ghz Xeon Processors
64Gb RAM
H200i card (boot disabled)
I haven't installed any hard drives yet.
At this point, I'm stuck. Any suggestions?

Code:
Can't work out which disk we are booting from. Guessed BIOS device 0x80 not found by probes, default to disk0: can't load 'kernel'
