Plex web interface gives 'server not found' error

I use my FreeNAS server for TimeMachine backups and for Plex. But recently I updated to FreeNAS-9.10.2-U3 and had several problems ever since. Some have been resolved, but I am still unable to see the Plex web interface. When I click on the PlexMediaServer icon in the tree view on the left under Plugins, I get the dialog that says "Click here to access your Plex Media Server!" with 'here' being the link to http://192.168.0.3:32400/web, but it can not connect to it.

What should I try to troubleshoot it?

I suspect that Plex is not running. Are you able to stream from Plex?
If not then you may need to reinstall Plex.
You can enter the jail and see if Plex is running using top and enter "q" to quit. I don't expect this to be a favorable outcome.

Other folks have had the same type of issue after an upgrade and I'm pretty sure the outcome was the same, a clean install of Plex.
