Unable to access Plex web interface

I am unable to open the web interface for the Plex media server. I can telnet from my FreeNAS server to the Plex jail:
[root@freenas ~]# telnet 192.168.2.88 32400
Trying 192.168.2.88...
Connected to 192.168.2.88.

But from no where outside of the FreeNAS server
[cmack@jump ~]$ telnet 192.168.2.88 32400
Trying 192.168.2.88...
telnet: connect to address 192.168.2.88: Connection timed out
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection timed out

Both my FreeNAS server, Plex jail, and this jump box are all on the same 192.168.2.x network
I am running FreeNAS ver 9.1.1

Just had to enable promiscuous mode on my hypervisor!!
Found the answer from someone on irc
