Plex - after restart Plex jail, web interface not working

Hi, i have installed Freenas 9.1.1 , Transmission, ownCloud and Plex media server plugin. Transmission and ownCloud work perfectly.

But Plex not. If i restart Plex jail, then Plex web interface not working (but plex plugin service is started). In console log i find: "freenas ntpd[10571]: unable to create socket on epair2a (10) for fe80::36:91ff:fe00:d0a#123". When i login to jail (SSH) i can ping to freenas ip but not outside to LAN.

I completly reinstall Freenas still same problem.

Hi.

I have shutdown my server for about 2 weeks (im was busy in my work). Than i power up to try some tips. But strange thing happend. My jail now working.... I dont known how, but is running.
