Cannot access the Plex web interface

Than I just had stop plex iocage and rollback zfs snapshot of plex' dataset. When that one was working and again start that jail. - nothing.

The day before yesterday all're working.
was beginning to ping that one. ok.
Go to my router that view leases. all're ok. no conflicts.
Anyway rechange ip for plex jail' mac addr and restart plex. plex was getting a new ip and I can ping it, but...)) I watch, that I watch nothing. cannot access to that ip:32400/web

I turned off all network devices besides freenas and my pc with router. restart router. restart freenas. ping plex ok, bat cannot access to plex over plex' ip:32400/web

I have the same problem.

Update:
I made a new manual install and now it works again. Very weird that the previous plugin just stopped working over night after running for months/years.
