Plex: Can't add a folder to library

Hi everyone. I am a newbie at TrueNas. I am running TrueNAS Core and installed the Plex plugin. I created 4 folders namely Movies, Pictures, Music, and "Other Videos". I copied all the files on each folder from my Windows 11 PC on my TrueNAS machine. Run Plex and I was able to add all the library and stream to my TV set except for the "Other Videos" folder. I can't add anything to this folder. I can see all the contents of the folder but are grayed out. I did a test and copied one video from that "Other Video" folder to my Movies folder and Plex was able to see it. I checked all the permissions on each folder and child and they are all the same (u=rwx g=rwx, o=---). I don't have any idea why I can't add files to the "Other Videos" folder. Has anybody faced this same problem? Can you help? Thanks.
