If it works on one windows machine should work also on the other, is not matter of the freenas anymore. Unless you have restricted in samba to allow the share only from a specific ip.
Dont use workgroup share on windows, use the option to access shares with passwords.

I didn't restrict anything as far as I know.

On network and sharing center there is an option how to manage shares also to turn on and off. Can not find screenshots right now (mobile access) but you can google up the network and sharing center

Your drives da1 & da2 have bad sectors, so you would need to either :
  1. Keep an eye on them to make sure the number of bad sectors don't go up OR
  2. Replace the drives ASAP if you want the peace of mind especially since 2 drives are reporting bad sectors.
If you are using RAIDZ2 for eg., all your data could be lost if da1 & da2 are in the same vdev and fail at the same time.

You are also above the recommended drive capacities and storing much more data than recommended on the pool. So you need to increase either the pool size either by
  1. Adding a new vdev to the zpool OR
  2. Replacing the existing disks by larger capacity disks OR
  3. Remove unnecessary data and get back under the recommended limit

Details on which option you should pick will depend on your current zpool/vdev configuration

Finally, maybe it's time for you to upgrade to TrueNAS Core or Scale as FreeNAS is no longer maintained
