Need motherboard and CPU to support ECC DDR3

I have everything I need for a file server except for a cpu and motherboard. I have 16 gb (2x8) of ddr3 ECC memory. What would be a good cpu and motherboard? Are there any economical solutions that use a used Xeon?

What memory do you have? It will probably work but you should double check the comparability list.
