Do I need an Intel NIC?

Hi all. With this mother board, would I benefit by installing an Intel NIC card? If so, what would be your NIC recommendation? The FreeNAS setup includes 16gb ECC memory, Core i3 4370 CPU with ECC support , and 5 2tb wd red hard drives.
