Multiple users connecting to FreeNAS

Hello, I want to be able to have 3 people for now connecting to my FreeNAS Server. I have created 3 accounts and I want to test it out, but when I open up Explore and use the ip address to the FreeNAS and use in the login and pass details, it wont let me in. Is there a step that I am missing?

You really have not given enough information as to give
any clues as to how your owner/group/permissions have
been set up. There's a bit of a learning curve for this and

This video is related to FreeNAS 9x but should help to show
basic configuration to get you started.

I have tried looking at that video, and as for the interface in the video is for 9x and I am using Corral. So it looks quite different and I couldn't really follow the video.
