how to configure one nic for internet and second for lan

i have a query i know that freenas doesnt work as a router , at our premises internet is restricted on local lan only in my office . so what i need is to give freenas an internet connection to download movies and softwares and then share it with local lan for my employees is it possible.
Guys please help me out here i am a noob and not great with networking.

Wait just a minute, if its your employees, then why not un-restrict so to speak? Something sounds fishy here.

Sorry, OP. You're kind of on your own. This isn't something we're going to easily explain over a forum post and it's not something that is within the scope of FreeNAS. FreeNAS requires a basic understanding of networking(among other basics). If you don't have those basics you're in for a bigger harder fight than you think.
