How can I stop these alerts

I think they are irrelevant and can be stopped. I cant find where was the place to stop them. Thnk you

on the old gui it worked for me to click on the red alert button, remove the tick mark and repeat that several times. one time seems not to be enough.

I wouldn't say they're irrelevant. If I recall correctly (I probably don't), Backblaze has said that temperature is the most correlated attribute with drive failure.
If you're seeing this a lot I'd be concerned that your case doesn't have enough ventilation.

Critical temp threshold are set on Services -> S.M.A.R.T -> Settings

But like mentioned and for better reliability disks should be below 40C, you can set a higher value but would never go above 45C, and that's considered too high by some.
