Does a long smart test touch the parity HDs?

Just wondering as I had one scheduled for last night and in the morning I had temperature warning but only for 3 out of 5 HDs which makes it look like the parity HDs haven't been touched.

Code:
Device: /dev/ada2, Temperature 48 Celsius reached critical limit of 45 Celsius (Min/Max 36/48!)
Device: /dev/ada1, Temperature 50 Celsius reached critical limit of 45 Celsius (Min/Max 38/50!)
Device: /dev/ada0, Temperature 48 Celsius reached critical limit of 45 Celsius (Min/Max 36/48!)

Yes, I did check and all HDs were selected for the test.

Any ideas?

Parity is spreaded over the drives so it can't be that.

It's just that all the drives aren't exactly the same and the airflow isn't perfectly equal everywhere too.

I didn't know, I assumed its 2 out 5 drives that are set aside for parity.
hmmm... their temperature is always very, very close to each other, I've monitored them during idle and busy times... at most 2-3 degrees apart. And I've got a warning so at least the first one should have triggered for all disks.

nevermind, was just trying to make sure all was ok here

SMART tests run on whatever drives you schedule them to run on. Check your schedule; you might not have it set for all your drives.

Edit: Never mind, just re-read the OP and you said you'd already done that.
