Help setting up freenas server

so im trying to setup freenas. I do not have access to plug the server into the router. I have a switch my pc and server plugged in (the pc uses wifi). i cant get the web interface to work i keep getting 0.0.0.0 and when i change it to something i should be able to use I cant access it from the pc

Please describe your hardware set up and your network better. There is not enough information to make a comment or suggestion.
