FTP server not starting, help please

I have been trying to set up my ftp, but with many complications.....

Here is the latest log, indicating a problem, but I don't know what direction to go.

Problem solved, here's my workaround...

I've added "defaultaddress x.x.x.x" to my Auxiliary Parameters under FTP settings.
