Unable to start proftpd with SSL enabled

Hello all,

when enabling SSL/TLS on my FreeNAS 8.3.1 I receive the following error and the service fails to start:

I did not change the RSA/Certificate.
What am I doing wrong? How can I enable FTP over SSL?
