BUILD Freenas on DELL Optiplex SX280 USFF

Welcome everyone ,

i want to build a small QUIET first Freenas server on Optiplex SX280 USFF,
at the beginning with only one drive inside 1TB then second on USB

QUESTION: Optiplex SX280 USFF with P4 cpu is too slow for samba and torrent client on freenas ??

Anybody build a freenas server on DELL usff machine ??
