freenas interface not accessible due to IPMI

Hello,
This maybe is a strange question. I had a mobo and installed freenas on a usb stick. Everything worked.
After that the mobo failed so I got a new one. (same model)
But after plugging the USB stick with the freenas installation, I browsed to the IP address. In stead of getting the freenas config page I got into the IPMI page of the mobo. Anybody have an idea how to resolve this.

Sounds like a BIOS setting.

Just do a clean install again. Who knows what kind of installation trickery was made and meant for the old mobo. Hence, all your problems.

What motherboard? Does it have separate Ethernet ports for IPMI and regular LAN? If so, are you sure you're plugged into the right one? Is IPMI set to use only its dedicated port, or will it fail over to another port if there's no media on the dedicated port?
