How if possible can I detach a mirror in boot (da1p2 isn't available, broken?)
I can't replace or attach a new one.

Post a screenshot of what you are seeing when you click Replace.

What's the full error up top? The right section is cut off. Also, what is the build version (from System -> Information)?

The build is: FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201504100216
I couldn't get the picture in but it should be clickable.

Still can't read the full error. Have you tried installing the same SU to two different sticks (assuming you want to keep a mirrored boot)?

The GUI doesn't support detaching a boot drive. To do it from the command line:

Code:
zpool detach freenas-boot /dev/da1p2
reboot

Make sure you have the boot device that is still working selected as the boot device in your BIOS.
