can't start installed plugins after 9.3 update

After the 9.3 update the existing plugins that i have installed cannot be started from from the plugins page. I can start the jail but i would prefer the ability to perform updates to plugins etc.

Try starting them manually from the command line to see if any errors messages appear. Could be the due to the IPv6 AUTOCONF setting https://bugs.freenas.org/issues/6617

It appears to be saying it can't find the ifconfig command inside the jail.

Open a root shell on freenas and # cd /mnt/storage/jails/plexmediaserver_1/sbin and make sure the ifconfig executable is there.

ifconfig is there, and if i start the jail ifconfig works fine.
