Plugins crashed after reboot

Hey dear fellas,

I am new here so please dont get frustated with my low knowladge.

After I installed the freeNAS, plugins and everything (following this tut: https://www.jruehlig.com/wordpress/installation-configuration-of-freenas-plugins/), I got a wierd problem yesterday and its still there.

After a PC reboot, the plugins just stopped to work, not all of them, just couchpotato, sabnzbd and sickbeard. But Plex Media Server is working just fine?!

I am not sure whats happening, but everytime I try to delete and upload again the plugin, it just goes GRAY and wont work. I tried to install couchpotato in his own JAIL and its working, but in the download_jail where all my plugins that are working together are in, they just dont want to run...

Manualy tried to start services and it says this:

TO not confuse anyone here... I had write permission problems and the transmission plugin fu*ked everything up.

SO, what did I do to fix it.

First, I removed the transmission plugin and rebooted the NAS. After this action, the icons in the plugin section went from GRAY to normal, so there was some hope.
Over SSH I tried to manually start the services but they said that I have write permission problems and It cant start. So after half an hour of "Opertaion not permitted" when trying to get some chown and chmod, I started the FTP service, connected with FIleZilla FTP client and made all the pbi folders and files over it to 777.

Now it WORKS like a charm. I am not sute if its good or not, I mean the fixing process, but it is working for me now.
