Available Plugins - "No entry has been found"

I was having this problem after update to 9.3 Stable from 9.2.1.7. So I backed up my config and all my data and did a fresh install of 9.3 stable. After the install, I imported my volume. I checked for available plugins and it showed them. However, after uploading my config file, I get the same error I was getting before. I have replaced the repo, saved, and clicked the refresh button with no luck.

Hopefully this can be fixed or someone can point me in the right direction to get this fixed.

This is a known problem, however the last person who reported it never provided the missing info so it could be fixed.

Please create a new bug report at bugs.freenas.org and post the issue number here. In your report, indicate that restoring the old config caused the issue and include the file that is generated using system -> advanced -> save debug.
