Can't install/use plugins

Hi,
I had 3 plugins installed, and working.

I then destroyed my pool and created a new one (not sure if it's related).

I now can't start any of those 3 plugins. The message is "Some error occurred" :). I also can't delete any plugin, it just refreshed the page.

I tried installing on of those plugins again (to override the installation or something), but was stuck on step two "creating template...".

Any ideas what about be the issue? I also would like to know where the relevant log file is, so I'll have more data that "Some error occurred".
