After installing FreeNAS 8 to the usb-stick and booting my computer, I get a BOOT MOUNT ERROR. It's suggested that I reboot and then enter set vfs.root.mountfrom.options=rw e.g.

The only problem is that if I reboot, my computer won't recognize the USB-stick anymore. The only thing I can do is to install FreeNAS 8 again on the USB-stick.

Still no luck. It won't boot and I only get the boot mount error. Same goes when I tried to upgrade from the RC2 release to the final.

Any ideas how I can be able to once again boot up my FreeNAS-system?

Total n00b so please explain in details :)
