Hello,

Sorry for my poor english but I have some questions about the FreeNAS V8 installation on my computer. I try to install FreeNAS V8 RELEASE version from my USB CD drive to my USB key. After the installation, i can't boot to my usb key (i have the Asus M4A78LT-M motherboard). It seems that the usb key isn't a boot device. This is my first problem.

I can only boot to my usb key when i use the F8 key option (choose the device to boot) (partial solution). After the screen "Welcome to FreeNAS", i choose the first option "Boot FreeNAS (default)". But i have this message :
******
Trying to mount root from ufs:/dev/ufs/FreeNASs1a
ROOT MOUNT ERROR :
If you have invalid mount options, reboot, and first try the following from the loader prompt :
set vfs.root.mountfrom.options=rw
and then remove invalid mount options from /etc/fstab.

Loader variables:
vfs.root.mountfrom=ufs:/dev/ufs/FreeNASs1a
vfs.root.mountfrom.options=ro
….
********
I define the new set variable on the console but i can't modified the fstab file. (no nano or vi command on this "distribution"). Have you got any suggestion to resove this problem because i 'm really a noob on bsd/unix/linux.

Thanks in advance.
