Hello
I got my stuff together and fixed myself a nice little FreeNAS-box yesterday.
I created installed freenas on a usb-stick through vmware and shoved it into my freenas-computer.
And hey! I've got everything to work as expected!
At least until i added a USB-HDD to the computer. I added it through the web interface and it worked fine.
But then i rebooted the system...
Now it's telling me:
"This is a FreeNAS data disk and can not boot system. System halted."
And if i disconnect the USB-HDD and reboot. Everything works fine.
Soooo. Do I have to disconnect the USB-HDD's before i boot?
I don't know how much I will be rebooting and powering the machine on-and-off but it would be nice to not having to disconnect them.
Any suggestions?
