ACL settings on Windows machine

I recently created a new Truenas Machine on a hp dl360 server after having set up everything, I am trying to manage permissions using Windows machine Computer management -- > Connect to another computer

However I am getting this error, knowing that Truenas does not have a firewall, what could be the reason for this error? What am I missing?

Config : HP DL360 with 32 GB Ram.
