Austin is the Operations Director of iXsystems. He is directly in charge of, and responsible for production, support, shipping, receiving, RMA, and purchasing.
He has been with iXsystems since its beginning. He started working for no pay and slept in his office. In fact, Austin did not get his first paycheck until 10 months later for a whopping 300 dollars. Two years later, Austin was promoted to Production Manager. He was promoted because of his dedication, high-level of technical knowledge, and an attention to detail unmatched at iXsystems.
As Production Manager, Austin has drastically improved the quality of our product, designed our support from the ground up, and taken a father-like approach to taking care of his employees. iXsystems would not be the company it is today without his leadership.
